About Me

I’m a very passionate and optimistic person, though it can be tough to spot this through the many layers of sarcasm! I love everyone around me and everything I’ve achieved and can’t wait to see where life will take me.

There aren’t many things that define me as a person, there have been so many different stages in my life and each one has changed me so much already.

The things that remain the same?

I am short.

I love stories – books; films; comics; games; spinning a yarn with friends? I love them all.

I believe that friends are the family we make for ourselves.

Baby ducks, puppies and bears make everything better.

Creating things is magical and shouldn’t be underestimated.

Wit is an art form.

American Football saved my sanity.

  4. That’s a lovely do you have in your profile picture. Awww, baby ducks, puppies and bears. I’ve seen lots of puppies in my life, as my mother used to breed Basset Hounds. I own a chocolate Labrador, whose my constant companion and supervisor 🙂

    • She’s my favourite little troublemaker, she likes passing the time by separating pairs of shoes.

The first week of puppyhood has to be the cutest, I’d already picked her out as mine before she was a day old and haven’t looked back

  7. Hi Nia,
Thank you for taking the time to read The Last Days of Magic. I highly respect the way you frame your reviews – stating whether the book fits your tastes rather than if the book itself is good or bad. Refreshing!

    • Your book was exceptionally well written and researched, I definitely think it’s going to be a great success for you and possibly classic- I think I’ll probably revisit it after a year or so and give it another go! The story has stuck with me
